1. Divisional Head Operations (SVP/EVP)
Location: ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad
Experience: Minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience in the banking sector, with at least 5 years in operations.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance the Bank’s operations to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee centralized operations and identify future initiatives.
Develop and implement operations strategies to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
Ensure smooth operations of branch networks with adherence to industry practices.
Maintain and update operational standards in line with regulatory guidelines.
Drive process improvements and innovation to align operations with the Bank’s strategic goals.
Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams across all branches.
2. Senior Manager Recovery – SAM (AVP/VP)
Location: Based at Larkana/Sukkur/D.M Jamali/Hyderabad/Nawabshah
No. of Positions: 2
Experience: Minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in SAM/Recovery/Collection in sectors like SME, Consumer, Leasing, Agriculture, etc.
Report directly to the Head of SAM (North/South) and implement recovery plans.
Manage the recovery of non-performing loans (NPLs), substandard, doubtful, and charged-off portfolios.
Lead recovery through asset acquisition, negotiation, legal action, and other methods.
Coordinate legal notices, settlements, and resolve disputes to minimize financial loss.
Implement recovery strategies and compliance with the Bank’s legal and financial guidelines.
Manage customer relations to ensure timely settlements and address disputes effectively.
Provide reports and recommendations to senior management regarding recovery strategies and portfolio health.
Eligibility / Ineligibility Criteria:
Divisional Head Operations:
Must possess excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Maximum age: 55 years as of the closing date for application submission.
Senior Manager Recovery – SAM:
Maximum age: 46 years as of the closing date for application submission.
