Experience: Proven experience as a compliance manager, in-depth knowledge of organizational standards and regulations, excellent reporting procedures, and record-keeping skills.

Description:

  • Oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies and ensure contract compliance.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and continuously improve them.
  • Revise procedures and reports periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
  • Support the finance team regarding audit and internal compliance challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR departments to monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations.

Description:

  • Facilitate capacity building of staff, schools, students, local community, and CSOs on urban WASH interventions.
  • Facilitate community mobilization, meetings, and training during community-led urban sanitation activities.
  • Sensitize community groups on ownership of WASH infrastructure and ensure operation and maintenance training.
  • Submit weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Establish good working relationships with staff and other departments.
  • Support the successful implementation of the Social and Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) strategy in the Urban WASH program.
  • Foster strategic alliances with key media platforms, material development service providers, and other institutions.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Information team on performance monitoring and documentation.
  • Support the District Project Manager in developing tools and materials for assessment, BCC strategy, and program development.

Position: Consultant on Tax Exemption Reforms

Experience: Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation.

Objectives:

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders from various sectors.
  • Manage the consultative process ensuring comprehensive participation.
  • Prepare and disseminate detailed agendas and program rundowns.
  • Document discussions and prepare a comprehensive report with recommendations.

Scope of Work:

  • Identify and engage stakeholders including government, CSOs, academia.
  • Develop and implement an engagement strategy.
  • Coordinate invitations and confirm attendance.
  • Facilitate pre-dialogue consultations.
  • Arrange logistics for events.
  • Document all discussions and prepare comprehensive reports.

  • Calculate EDD and assess gestational age of the mother.
  • Monitor high-risk factors in pregnancy.

Description:

  • Provide antenatal, natal, postnatal, and post-abortion care services.
