Available Positions and Requirements

  1. Communication and Development Specialist (BPS-18)
    • Number of Positions: 1
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Education: Minimum of 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or Management Sciences.
    • Experience: At least 5 years in a similar field in the public or private sector.
  2. Environment Specialist (BPS-18)
    • Number of Positions: 1
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Education: Minimum of 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Ecology, Engineering, Natural Resource Management, or Agriculture.
    • Experience: At least 5 years in the same field in the public or private sector.
  3. Gender Specialist (BPS-18)
    • Number of Positions: 1
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Education: Minimum of 16 years of education in Gender Studies, Women’s Studies, Sociology, Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.
    • Experience: At least 5 years in the same field in the public or private sector.
  4. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer (BPS-17)
    • Number of Positions: 10
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Education: Minimum of 16 years of education in Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Agriculture.
    • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar field in the public or private sector.
  5. Environment Officer (BPS-17)
    • Number of Positions: 5
    • Age Limit: 45 years
    • Education: Minimum of 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Ecology, Natural Resource Management, or Agriculture.
    • Experience: At least 3 years in the same field in the public or private sector.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Application Screening: All applicants will undergo a preliminary screening test conducted by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). Detailed eligibility checks will follow, and any ineligible candidates will be disqualified.
  2. Application Profile: Candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying.
  3. Shortlisting and Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisting will adhere strictly to the Project Policy 2022 and ADB guidelines.
  4. Contract Basis: Positions are strictly contractual with one-year renewable contracts, based on performance.
  5. Eligibility Requirements: Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria by the last date of application submission.
  6. Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
