Primary Responsibilities of Loan Officer – ME / Housing
1. Business Growth & Loan Acquisition
Identify new Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) or small businesses within your assigned area.
Evaluate their business needs and financial capacity to present viable loan proposals.
Conduct financial analysis of potential clients by reviewing their income, assets, and liabilities.
Prepare and execute loan contracts, arrange for loan disbursement, and ensure accurate documentation.
Understand competitor offerings and provide feedback to help the bank enhance products and services.
Cross-sell KMBL liability products such as savings, deposits, and insurance to broaden customer engagement.
2. Customer Relationship & Service Quality
Maintain strong relationships with MSME clients by responding to queries promptly.
Ensure excellent service delivery and uphold internal service standards.
Provide professional after-sales support and guidance, minimizing customer complaints.
3. Portfolio Management
Regularly monitor the loan portfolio to ensure timely repayments.
Minimize delinquency risks by maintaining follow-up schedules and conducting site visits when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of repayment status and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education & Age Criteria:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Fields: Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines
Age Limit: 25 to 32 years
Experience:
