- Master’s degree in:
- Civil/Water & Sanitary Engineering
- Hydraulic or Environmental Engineering (preferred)
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 20 years of overall experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial or senior engineering role
- Strong experience working on:
- Donor-funded or IFI-supported projects
- World Bank / ADB / AIIB-funded programs
- Proven skills in:
- Planning and design
- Tender documentation
- Contract management
- Construction supervision
- Solid understanding of:
- World Bank Environmental & Social Framework (ESF)
- Safeguards, procurement, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E)
- Registration with a recognized professional engineering body is preferred
