  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Civil Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Environmental Engineering
  • Master’s degree in:
    • Civil/Water & Sanitary Engineering
    • Hydraulic or Environmental Engineering (preferred)
  • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university
  • Minimum 20 years of overall experience
  • At least 5 years in a managerial or senior engineering role
  • Strong experience working on:
    • Donor-funded or IFI-supported projects
    • World Bank / ADB / AIIB-funded programs
  • Proven skills in:
    • Planning and design
    • Tender documentation
    • Contract management
    • Construction supervision
  • Solid understanding of:
    • World Bank Environmental & Social Framework (ESF)
    • Safeguards, procurement, and monitoring & evaluation (M&E)
  • Registration with a recognized professional engineering body is preferred
