1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Responsibilities: Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will lead the corporation’s financial vision and strategy, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and manage financial operations, including preparing financial statements and overseeing audits.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance from a recognized university or professional accounting certification.
- Minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Preference for candidates with ERP systems experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
2. Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO)
- Responsibilities: Reporting to the CEO, the CITO will drive IT strategies to enhance efficiency and lead the corporation’s digital transformation. This includes managing IT platforms for operations, HR, and customer relations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT (4 years); a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in a senior IT management position.

3. Chief Human Resource Management Officer (CHRMO)

- 12 years of HR experience, including 5 years as Head of HR in a large organization.

4. Financial Specialist (PPP Node)

- Qualifications:
- Professional accounting certification or Master’s degree in Economics/Finance.
- At least 12 years of post-qualification experience, with 3 years in senior PPP-related roles.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
5. Chief Strategy Officer (PPP Node)
- Responsibilities: The officer will plan and implement PPP projects, develop strategies for revenue generation, and monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with the corporation’s policies.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Economics.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, with 5 years in strategic management.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
6. Legal Specialist (PPP Node)
- Responsibilities: The legal specialist will provide legal advice on PPP projects, develop legal documents, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Qualifications:
- Master’s in Law (LL.M), Bachelor of Law (LL.B), or equivalent.
- Licensed to practice law in Pakistan with at least 12 years of professional legal experience.

- Appointments will be on a contract basis for three years, extendable based on performance.
