SENIOR MANAGER (CONTAINER SHIP PROJECT)
Number of Posts: 01
This senior management role is responsible for leading container ship construction projects, managing large production teams, and overseeing shipbuilding activities from planning to final delivery.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following education and experience criteria:
BE or ME in Mechanical Engineering
Preference will be given to candidates with MS in Naval Architecture
PEC registration is mandatory
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years of experience in general industry
At least 5 years of shipbuilding experience
Proven experience in project execution and management
PMP certification will be considered an added advantage
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strong understanding of shipbuilding and marine standards

Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
