Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its shipbuilding industry as the Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Human Resources. The position is offered on a contract basis.
The DGM (HR) will play a key role in managing and leading the HR functions of the organization. This senior leadership position is responsible for ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and the overall implementation of the HR strategy. Qualification and Experience
Candidates must meet the following rigorous criteria to be considered for this senior role:
Education:
An MBA in Human Resources from an HEC-recognized and reputed university.
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
Must have requisite experience working in a Semi-government or Corporate Organization for at least 05 years.
Knowledge and Skills:
Must be conversant with relevant HR Rules, Policies & Laws.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the management of HR-related issues prevalent in Government or Semi-government organizations.
Age:
