SAFWCO (Sindh Agricultural and Forestry Workers Coordinating Organization) is offering exciting career opportunities for individuals passionate about making a difference in agriculture and social development. We are currently seeking candidates to join our Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) supported project in District Nausheroferoz, Sindh. If you are dedicated, experienced, and ready to contribute to sustainable agriculture practices, we encourage you to apply for the following positions:
1. Program Manager
Number of Positions: 01 (Male/Female)
Education and Experience:
- M.Sc. in Agriculture/Social Sciences or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing similar agriculture projects
- Responsible for project management and implementation
2. Field Officer
Number of Positions: 02 (01 Male & 01 Female)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Social Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture projects
- Ability to conduct farmers’ related activities in cotton crop
3. Monitoring & Reporting Officer
Number of Positions: 01 (Male/Female)
Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture-related monitoring
- Understanding of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) concepts
4. Field Facilitator
Number of Positions: 10 (03 Female & 07 Male)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Preference for candidates with experience working with farmer organizations/farmers and knowledge of cotton crop
