Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, develop, and execute paid search (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research and perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign Quality Scores and overall performance.
4. Monitor and manage daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure ROI targets are achieved.
5. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
6. Perform data analysis regularly and generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
7. Stay informed about search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices in SEM and digital advertising.
8. Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across marketing strategies.

Eligibility and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with search engine algorithms and emerging SEM trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
