Available Positions

1. Assistant/ Cashier

Total Posts: 15
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Qualification:
- B.Com/BBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% marks or a “C” grade.
- Preference for candidates with relevant experience in finance and accounting.

2. Junior Clerk cum Computer Typist

Total Posts: 15
Age Limit: 18–30 years
Qualification:
- Intermediate (F.Sc/F.A/I.Com/D.Com) with at least a second division or “C” grade.
- Proficiency in current PC operating systems.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute on a PC is mandatory.

Quota Distribution

The positions are distributed across various provincial and regional quotas, including Punjab, Sindh (Urban & Rural), KPK, Balochistan, FATA/GB, AJK, and specific minority and women quotas.

General Instructions

Age Relaxation:
- General age relaxation of 5 years is already included.
- Additional 3 years of relaxation for candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Communities, Tribal Areas, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, Sindh (Rural), and Balochistan.
- Up to 10 years relaxation for government/WAPDA employees with two years of regular service.
WAPDA Employee Children Quota:
- Only children of WAPDA employees are eligible (not employees of DISCOs, GENCOs, or NTDC).
- Required documentation includes an affidavit and certification from the concerned WAPDA office.
Probation Period:
- Initial appointment will be on probation for one year, subject to regularization based on performance.
Disqualification:
- Candidates dismissed or debarred for future employment in any organization are ineligible.
- Any false information will result in termination at any stage.
Documents Verification:
- Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
- Educational qualifications must be verified by HEC or the relevant board.
