Job Opportunities for Law Officers at NAB The National Accountability Bureau is seeking applications from Pakistani nationals to fill various positions of Law Officers under Section 8(c) of the National Accountability Ordinance 1999. The positions are on a monthly fee payment basis for a one-year term. The details of the vacant positions are given below and their details in this atricle is mentioned how to apply
1. Deputy Prosecutor General Accountability (DPGA)
Advocate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience at the Supreme Court and 10 years as an Advocate of the High Court with a valid Supreme Court License.
LLM/Bar at Law preferred.
Monthly Fee: PKR 400,000/-
Maximum Age Limit: 65 years
2. Special Prosecutor (Supreme Court)
At least 7 years of the given mentioned experience as an Advocate of the High Court and having valid Supreme Court license.
LLM/Bar at Law preferred.
Monthly Fee: PKR 325,000/-
Maximum Age Limit: 65 years
3. Special Prosecutor (High Court)
At least 5 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court, with transactional work, legal consultancy, opinion writing, and drafting of legal instructions.
LLM/Bar at Law preferred.
Monthly Fee: PKR 250,000/-
Maximum Age Limit: 65 years
4. Research Associate (Law)
Fresh Law Graduate (LLB) from a HEC recognized University of pakistan.
Monthly Fee: PKR 75,000/-
Maximum Age: 30 years
Station: NAB (Karachi)
Important Notes:
Experience and educational qualifications will be considered as of the closing date for applications.
 shortlisted candidates will be called for a only test and interview.
Candidates with additional qualifications/experience may be preferred.
Hiring will be governed by the terms of the hiring contract.
Dual/foreign nationality holders are not eligible to apply.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Final selection is subject to security clearance.
Law Officers will be required to serve at NAB HQ or any Regional Office.
Private practice is not allowed for selected Law Officers.
The monthly fee is taxable as per Govt. policy.
