Job Profile

The Manager HSE will be a vital part of the middle management team, ensuring the implementation of HSE procedures and workplace safety protocols/SOPs. The key responsibilities include:

Emergency Response Planning (ERP): Managing the ERP program effectively and leading the Emergency Response Team (ERT) to handle emergency situations.
Incident and Accident Investigation: Investigating incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes, and recommending preventive measures.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring compliance with safety procedures and ensuring that SOPs are strictly implemented.
Coordination with Other Departments: Coordinating with security, fire fighting, medical, and rescue services personnel and departments.

Qualification and Experience

To qualify for the Manager HSE position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Requirements:
- BE/BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Diploma in NEBOSH/IOSH, NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), OSHA Certificate, or another approved Safety/HSE Certificate/Diploma.
- General Instructor (GI) course from Civil Defense Pakistan.
