The Islamabad Capital Police is inviting applications from suitable Pakistani nationals for the year 2024. Qualification: BA/B.Sc or equivalent from a recognized university.

Physical Standards:

Height: Minimum 5 ft-7 inches for men, 5 ft-2 inches for women
Chest (for men only): 33×34.5 inches
Endurance Test: 1.5 miles in 10.5 minutes for men, 15 minutes for women

2. Constable (BS-07)

Number of Posts: 800

Age Limit: 18-25 years

Qualification:

Matric or equivalent from a recognized Board.

Physical Standards:

Height: Minimum 5 ft-7 inches for men, 5 ft-2 inches for women
Chest (for men only): 33×34.5 inches
Endurance Test: 1.5 miles in 10.5 minutes for men, 15 minutes for women

General Instructions

Application Process: Apply only online through the websites www.npftas.pk or www.islamabadpolice.gov.pk within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
Application Fee: Rs.1500/- (Islamabad Police Character/Verification Fee Rs.1000 and Recruitment/Documentation Processing Fee Rs.500). The fee should be paid via 1Link 1Bill using any Bank / ATM/Internet Banking / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash / U Paisa with the 24-digit PSID generated on the fee slip.
Submission: Applications submitted by hand, incomplete, received after the closing date, or through courier/email will not be accepted.
Physical Standards: No relaxation in height, chest, or age will be allowed.
True Information: Applicants must provide correct information. False information will lead to legal proceedings under section 420/468/471 PPC, punishable with imprisonment up to seven years.
Affidavit: Submit an affidavit about non-involvement in any criminal case at the interview. False affidavits will result in disqualification from future police posts and legal action.
Transgender Applicants: Transgender individuals can apply based on their self-perceived gender identity in accordance with the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018 and the gender mentioned in CNIC.
No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews.
