- IPO-Pakistan Head Office Islamabad
- IP Assistant (IPS-II): 4 positions, requiring Intermediate qualification with a typing speed of 30 words per minute. Candidates with an IT Diploma are preferred. Age limit: 18-28 years.
- Junior IP Assistant (IPS-III): 7 positions, requiring Intermediate qualification with 30 words per minute typing speed and a basic IT training course, including MS Office. Age limit: 18-28 years.
- Trade Marks Registry Karachi
- Examiner of Trade Marks (IPS-I): 11 positions, requiring 16 years of education with a major in relevant fields such as Intellectual Property Rights, Business Administration, or Computer Science. Age limit: 21-30 years.
- Assistant Examiner of Trade Marks (IPS-II): 9 positions, requiring a minimum second-class Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Science. Age limit: 21-30 years.
- IP Assistant (IPS-II): 4 positions, similar requirements to the IP Assistant in Islamabad. Age limit: 18-25 years.
- Junior IP Assistant (IPS-III): 7 positions, similar requirements to the Junior IP Assistant in Islamabad. Age limit: 18-25 years.
- Copyright Office Karachi
- Examiner of Copyrights (IPS-I): 5 positions, requiring 16 years of education in relevant fields. Age limit: 21-30 years.
- Assistant Examiner of Copyrights (IPS-II): 3 positions, requiring a minimum second-class Bachelor’s degree. A degree in law is preferred. Age limit: 21-30 years.
- IP Assistant (IPS-II): 3 positions, similar requirements as other IP Assistant roles. Age limit: 18-25 years.
- Junior IP Assistant (IPS-III): 3 positions, similar requirements as other Junior IP Assistant roles. Age limit: 18-25 years.
- Patent Office Karachi
- IP Assistant (IPS-I): 6 positions, requiring 16 years of education with a major in fields such as Intellectual Property Rights or Computer Science. Age limit: 21-30 years.
- IP Assistant (IPS-II): 2 positions, requiring Intermediate qualification with an IT Diploma. Age limit: 18-25 years.
- Junior IP Assistant (IPS-III): 9 positions, similar requirements to the Junior IP Assistant roles in other offices. Age limit: 18-25 years.
General Instructions
- The recruitment process will be conducted in accordance with the Establishment Division’s recruitment policy.
- A general age relaxation of five years is applicable as per rules.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.
- The IPO-Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

- A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/- is required and must be deposited in the bank as mentioned in the Challan Form, which can be downloaded after submission of the online application.
- After completing the online application, candidates must send the hardcopy of the application, along with the original paid fee challan, to the Manager Operations, Elite Testing Service, Street No. 34, Block No. 89, Office No. 6, I&T Center, G-10/1 Islamabad.
- The deadline for submitting applications is 16th September 2024.
