1. Senior Manager / Manager – Human Resources
Qualification: MBA/MPA (HR), Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Required:
For Senior Manager: 10–12 years of progressive HR experience managing a large workforce (1000+) preferred, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
For Manager: 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager role.
2. Senior Manager / Manager – Education
Qualification: Master's degree in Health Education, Educational Studies, or a related discipline.
Experience Required: 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in health education, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role featuring experience in Curriculum Development and Program Management.
3. Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Analysis
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Technical Skills Needed: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design) and Python (pandas, NumPy, scripting/automation for data pipelines) to build data-driven dashboards, models, and reports.
4. Senior Technologist
(Histopathology, Cytology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology, Molecular Biology, Cytogenetics, and Immunology)
Qualification: BSc / BS / MLT (A Master's degree is preferred).
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
5. Technologist – Immunohematology
Qualification: BSc / BS / MLT (A Master's degree is preferred).
Experience Required: Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Blood Banking.
6. Biorepository Consent Coordinator
Qualification: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Bioethics, or a related field.
Experience Required: 2–4 years of hospital experience in obtaining and documenting valid informed consent. The role demands ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirements while coordinating with stakeholders.
7. Senior Officer / Officer – Biorepository
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related life sciences discipline.
Experience Required: 2–4 years of experience in biobanking, molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratories, or biomedical research.
8. Officer – Distribution
Qualification: BBA (Supply Chain) or a related field.
Experience Required: Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Blood Banking.
9. Departmental Secretary – Blood Transfusion Directorate
Qualification: B.Com / B.A.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience along with a high level of expertise in Microsoft Office.
10. Senior Officer – Quality & Monitoring Directorate
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
11. Trainee – Quality & Monitoring Directorate
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
Experience Required: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
