The Indus Resource Centre (IRC), in partnership with CRS Pakistan, is recruiting qualified professionals for its “Improved Access to Resilient Education Project.” This initiative aims to enhance educational access by working with district and provincial education authorities to enroll out-of-school children (OOSC) across Dadu and Jacobabad districts. The project includes running enrollment campaigns and developing training packages focused on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) plans for schools. Position: Project Manager (1 Position)
- Location: Dadu, Sindh (with need-based travel to Jacobabad and Karachi)
- Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 5-10 years of management experience in government institutions or local/international NGOs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and implementation of an enrollment campaign to bring OOSC into both formal and non-formal education settings.
- Coordinating with educational authorities to ensure high enrollment rates in targeted districts.
- Developing, adapting, and implementing training packages that focus on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) in schools.
