Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
  • A minimum of a 2nd Class Master’s Degree (16 years of education) with B.Ed./M.Ed. from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.
• Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational institution, preferably in a K-12 environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the education system and curriculum standards in Sindh.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, and the community.

   • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further tests/interviews.
   • The date, time, and venue of the test/interview will be communicated via online call letters, SMS, and the SIBA Testing Services (STS) website. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the STS portal for updates.
7. Important Notes:
   • No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
   • The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
