HEC Announces Multiple Managerial and Support Staff Positions for PM Youth Programme and Sports Academies
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has invited applications from Pakistani nationals for various positions on a contract basis under two major initiatives: the “Green Youth Movement – PM Youth Programme” and the “Establishment of KJ Sports Academies.”

1. Project Manager (PPS-08)
Salary: Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive)

Qualification/Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a public/private organization, including 3 years at a managerial/supervisory level. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is compulsory.
2. Finance Manager (PPS-08)
Salary: Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive)
Quota/Age: Punjab=1, Max. Age: 50
Qualification/Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Finance/Commerce with 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is compulsory.
3. Media Manager (PPS-08)
Salary: Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive)
Quota/Age: Punjab=1, Max. Age: 50
Qualification/Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/Media Studies with 5 years of relevant experience. Expertise in managing digital ecosystems, including Social Media Campaigns, Content Writing, and SEO, will be preferred.
4. IT Manager (PPS-08)
Salary: Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive)
Quota/Age: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa=1, Max. Age: 50
Qualification/Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/BCS/BCE/BS (Engineering – Electrical/Telecom) with 5 years of relevant experience.
5. Assistant IT Manager (PPS-07)
Salary: Rs. 157,500/- per month (All inclusive)
Quota/Age: Punjab=1, Max. Age: 45
Qualification/Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years) degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/BCS/BCE/BS (Engineering – Electrical/Telecom) with 3 years of relevant experience.
6. Admin Support/Project Administrator (PPS-6)
Salary: Rs. 105,000/- per month (All inclusive)

Qualification/Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years) with 2 years of relevant experience in project management. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is a must.

Important Instructions and Conditions
Experience: The term “Experience” refers to experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification for the post. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee experience will not be considered.
Testing: Tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location for the candidates, with centers in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.
