The Government of Sindh Health Department hereinafter referred to as Borrower) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the Bank in the form of a credit (hereinafter referred to as Credit to strengthen the National Health Support Program in the Sindh province. A portion of the credit will be utilized for consulting services under the project, focusing on program management and other related tasks.

We are seeking to hire skilled and competent individuals for various consultancy roles on a contract basis. The details of the positions are as follows:
1. Program Director (PPS-11)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Eligibility:
- MBBS with 15 years of professional management experience in health projects.
- Proven experience in national and provincial-level health policy implementation.
- Experience with WB/ADB/UN agencies.
- Strong writing and computer skills.
2. Additional Program Director (PPS-10)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Eligibility:
- MBBS or equivalent with 10 years of professional management experience in health services delivery and public health program implementation.
- Experience in health regulations and hospital management.
3. Public Health Specialist (PPS-10)
