The program is seeking to fill the following key positions:
1. Financial Management Specialist
Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Academic Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Finance, MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized institution, or CA/ACCA. Alternatively, officers from Federal/Provincial Government with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Management, Audit, and Accounts may apply.
Job Experience: A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the financial sector. Experience with payroll processing, community-driven development, and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) will be an advantage.
2. Procurement Specialist
Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Academic Qualification: A postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Job Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in World Bank-funded or other comparable donor projects.
3. Communication and Media Specialist
Upper Age Limit: 50 Years
Academic Qualification: A postgraduate degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Job Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in media relations or communications, preferably within the development sector. Proven experience in developing communication strategies for large-scale programs, digital marketing, content creation, and media relations is required.
4. Procurement Assistant
Maximum Age: 45 Years
Academic Qualification: Sixteen years of education in supply chain management, procurement, business, economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
Job Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a donor-funded project. Knowledge of procurement processes for donor-funded projects (e.g., World Bank, ISDB) is desirable.
5. Environment Officer
Maximum Age: 45 Years
Academic Qualification: A Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Job Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing environmental and health & safety risks, preferably in projects involving civil works within international donor-funded programs. Knowledge of local environmental laws and the World Bank’s EHS Guidelines is essential.
6. Office Assistant
Maximum Age: 45 Years
Academic Qualification: Sixteen years of education in computer science, IT, BBA, Public Health, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Job Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in program support, preferably in the health and development sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative duties is required.
