1. Lady Health Visitor/Paramedic

• Positions: 06 (Male/Female)
• Place of Posting: District Offices Thatta, Sujawal, Hyderabad
• Age Limit: 22 and above
• Reporting Line: DPM/DEM/Project Manager
• Qualification: Two-year Diploma in LHV/CMW Course registered with PNC
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
• Skills Required:
  • Communication in local language with mothers
  • IUCD insertion and removal skills
  • Calculation of EDD, and assessment of gestational age and fundus height
  • Monitoring high-risk pregnancies
  • Knowledge of project targets and performance indicators
  • Provide comprehensive maternal and neonatal care
  • Record-keeping and reporting
  • Coordination with facility staff and adherence to human and patient rights
  • Supervision of cleanliness and infection prevention in the delivery area

2. District Finance & Admin Manager

• Positions: 01 (Male/Female)
• Place of Posting: District Offices Thatta, Jamshoro
• Age Limit: 25-45 Years
• Reporting Line: District Executive Manager/HOD Finance & Admin
• Qualification: Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Finance & Admin software
• Skills Required:
  • Leadership, communication, writing, and coordination
  • Facilitation, grant, and report writing
• Description:
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Technical support to District team members
  • Coordination with Head Office for project-related financial activities
  • Compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Financial audit preparation and coordination
  • Analysis and recommendation for resource utilization and procedure efficiency

3. Data Management Associate

• Positions: 01 (Male/Female)
• Place of Posting: Hyderabad
• Age Limit: 25-45 Years
• Reporting Line: HoD Health
• Qualification: Graduation/Master’s in a relevant field or equivalent with a Diploma in IT/Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as an MIS/Communication
• Skills Required:
  • Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Aptitude for financial reporting and IT software
  • Analytical skills
• Description:
  • Daily data entry and backup
  • Reporting errors/bugs and maintaining MIS records
  • Support in establishing and updating M&E tracking databases
  • Data collection, analysis, and compilation for project impact measurement
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in the database
  • Develop and maintain data management systems using Excel or other software
