Role and Responsibilities of a Phone Banking Officer
The primary role of a Phone Banking Officer is to provide exceptional customer service and support. This position requires a proactive and customer-centric approach to handle inquiries and maintain high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Handling customer queries efficiently and within standard response times.
Maintaining high-quality responses, meeting targets for courtesy and accuracy.
Continuously enhancing knowledge of banking products and processes.
Meeting all call quality and sales targets as defined by management.
Interacting with customers through various communication channels as directed.
Timely completion of any additional tasks and initiatives assigned.
Ensuring attendance, punctuality, and productivity targets are met.
Participating in all required training sessions.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all customer and company information.
Candidate Profile and Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. Degrees in Business Management, Commerce, and Arts are preferred.
Experience: This is an entry-level position open to fresh graduates and individuals with up to 2 years of experience. Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage.
Age: 20 – 35 years.
Gender: Male.
