HBL Bank Job Responsibilities:
- A Phone Banking Officer is required to handle customer queries within the standard time. The response rate/target should be maintained as defined by the management.
- Response quality as per defined standards. Also ensuring that Courtesy and Accuracy targets are met.
- Enhance product knowledge and processes.
- Ensure all standards of call quality are met by the phone banker as defined by the management. Calls and sales are met as management defines time to time.
- To interact with the customers through suitable medium of communication as and when directed.
- To timely complete any additional tasks/initiatives assigned besides the routine daily tasks.
- Attendance, Punctuality and manned minutes are completed to achieve the productivity target.
- Attend trainings as announced by management/training units.

Requirements:
- High school diploma/Graduation

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems, preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
