Registrar (BS-20)
Number of Posts: 01
Domicile: Punjab
Age Limit: 40-50 years
Eligibility:
Ph.D. in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university with 8 years of administrative experience in a higher education institution (HEI) or public sector organization.
MS/MPhil with 10 years of administrative experience in an HEI or public sector organization.
Master’s Degree or BS (16 years) in any discipline with 12 years of relevant administrative experience.
Controller of Examinations (BS-20)
Number of Posts: 01
Domicile: Punjab
Age Limit: 40-50 years
Eligibility:
Ph.D. with 8 years of relevant teaching or administrative experience in an HEI or public sector organization.
MS/MPhil with 10 years of relevant experience.
Master’s Degree or BS (16 years) with 12 years of relevant experience.
Treasurer (BS-20)
Number of Posts: 01
Domicile: Punjab
Age Limit: 40-50 years
Eligibility:
Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 8 years of experience in finance or accounts in an HEI or public sector organization.
MS/MPhil with 10 years of experience in finance or accounts.
Master’s Degree or BS (16 years) with 12 years of experience in finance or accounts.
Candidates with qualifications such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA are also encouraged to apply.

Required Documents:
Duly filled application form, attested copies of educational and experience certificates, CNIC, three passport-sized photographs, and an updated CV.
For international candidates, a bank draft of $50 must be submitted.

Application Deadline: November 27, 2024, by 4:00 p.m.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates already in service should apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
