Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC), Pakistan’s leading fertilizer manufacturer, has announced its Two-Year Apprenticeship Program for 2026. This program is being conducted under the Punjab Apprenticeship Act-2021 and Sindh Apprenticeship Act-2023.
Training will be provided at FFC’s state-of-the-art plants in Goth Machhi (Sadiqabad), Mirpur Mathelo (Ghotki), and Port Qasim (Karachi). This is an exceptional opportunity for diploma holders and matriculants to gain hands-on industrial experience.
Available Trades and Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria
Before applying, ensure you meet the following strict requirements:
Age Limit: Candidates over 28 years of age as of 09 Nov 2026 are not eligible.
Academic Standing: Minimum 2nd Division in Matric (Science) and relevant qualification.
Ineligibility: Holders of Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering degrees are not eligible to apply.
Prior Training: Those who have already completed or are currently undergoing an apprenticeship in any industry are ineligible.
Single Application: Apply for only one trade. Duplicate applications will result in disqualification.
How to Apply: Two-Step Process
The application process involves both the FFC Career Portal and the NTS website.
Step 1: FFC Career Portal Registration
Visit careers.ffc.com.pk.
Register and submit your bio-data and academic details (SSC/HSSC/Diploma).
Click “I accept” under the Statement of Declaration.
Select your trade and click “Apply” by 28 July 2026.
Step 2: NTS Written Test Application
Apply online via the NTS website: www.nts.org.pk.
Candidates have two options for the written test dates:
1st Test Date: 14th June 2026
2nd Test Date: 5th July 2026
Pay the test fee through 1Link, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Apps (EasyPaisa/JazzCash), or TCS Express Counters.
Selection and Interview
Candidates who pass the NTS test and have registered on the FFC portal will be shortlisted for final interviews.
Interview Locations: Goth Machhi, Lahore, and Karachi.
Travel Allowance: Candidates appearing for interviews will be reimbursed TA/DA as per company policy.
