As part of its mission, FRDP is currently hiring for various support roles at Asha Academy in District Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Available Positions
- Driver
- Responsibilities: Safe and timely transportation of students and staff members.
- Requirements: Valid driving license and experience in driving.
- Skills: Knowledge of local routes, safe driving practices, and vehicle maintenance.
- Security Guard
- Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and security of the Asha Academy premises, staff, and students.
- Requirements: Prior experience in a security role is preferred, along with basic knowledge of security protocols.
- Skills: Vigilance, attention to detail, and physical fitness.
- Support Staff (Aya – Female)
- Responsibilities: Assist with daily activities, care, and support for young children at the academy.
- Requirements: Experience in caregiving, especially with children, is preferred.
- Skills: Patience, kindness, and the ability to handle childcare responsibilities effectively.
- Sweeper
- Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the academy premises.
- Requirements: Prior experience in a cleaning role is a plus.
- Skills: Attention to cleanliness, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
