How to Apply
Interested candidates must follow a specific application procedure involving an online testing service:
Download Application Form and Deposit Slip: The application form and deposit slip can be downloaded from the NTS website: www.nts.org.pk.
Pay the Test Fee: A test fee must be paid at any online branch of HBL, MCB, ABL, or through mobile banking (Easypaisa/Jazzcash) or 1Link 1Bill. The fee structure is:
Rs. 800/- for posts in BPS-11 and above (Stenographer, Junior Clerk).
Rs. 500/- for posts in BPS-05 and below.
Submit the Application: The filled-out application form, along with the original paid copy of the deposit slip, must be sent by courier (TCS) to the NTS Headquarters in Islamabad.
Application Deadline: The last date for the submission of application forms is November 3, 2025.
Important Instructions and Conditions
Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 15 years in the upper age limit will be provided as per the rules of the Government of Sindh.
Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel.
Quotas: Reserved quotas for women (15%), persons with disabilities (5%), and minorities (5%) will be strictly observed.
Testing:
A screening test will be conducted by NTS for all eligible candidates.
For the posts of Stenographer and Junior Clerk, candidates who pass the written test (scoring at least 50%) will be called for a typing and shorthand test.
For other posts, candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on their performance in the written test.
Original Documents: All candidates must bring their original CNIC, Domicile, PRC, educational certificates, and experience certificates at the time of the interview.
No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
