Stenotypist (BPS-14)

• Qualification/Experience: Intermediate with minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m in shorthand/typing respectively
• Number of Posts: 3
• Provincial/Regional Quota: Merit: 1, Punjab (Open Merit): 1, Baluchistan (Open Merit): 1

Data Entry Operator (BPS-14)

• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years
• Place of Posting: Anywhere in Pakistan
• Qualification/Experience: 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor’s with Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Physics, minimum speed of 10000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry/Verification

Printing Staff (BPS-12)

• Place of Posting: Headquarters
• Qualification/Experience: Bachelor with one-year diploma in Computer Sciences, minimum speed of 10000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry/Verification (Matric)

LDC (BPS-11)

• General age relaxation of 05 years applies to all candidates as per Government Rules.
• Further relaxation in upper age limit is available for specific categories of candidates as detailed in the official announcement.
• Persons in Government Service must provide NOC at the time of the interview.
• Directorate General, Immigration & Passports encourages and provides equal opportunities to female applicants.
• Successful candidates for specific posts are required to complete mandatory NITB Course during the probation period.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for skill tests/interviews.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
• A 2% quota for disabled persons will be observed as per Government Policy.
