Management Positions
Descon is also hiring experienced professionals for various management roles with a strong background in shutdown execution, plant maintenance, and supervisory skills.
For management positions, candidates should have the following qualifications:
Incharge Mechanical: BE in Mechanical Engineering with 12-14 years of experience in plant maintenance shutdowns, handling equipment such as heat exchangers, compressors, turbines, and utility plants.
Area Engineer / Lead Mechanical: DAE/BE in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in plant maintenance and shutdowns.
Supervisory Roles: Relevant qualifications (DAE/BE) with 7-10 years of experience in maintenance, shutdown execution, or safety and compliance (HSE) in oil and gas or other heavy industries.
QA/QC and HSE Positions: Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, API, or CSWIP are required for quality and safety roles.

Important Information
Experience Preference: Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in shutdown projects in Abu Dhabi, Oman, or Qatar.
Contract Duration: The duration of employment is 40 to 50 days.

Overtime: Overtime will be paid according to Abu Dhabi labor laws.
