Available Positions:

1. Senior Finance Manager:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Managerial Accounting. Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. An MBA with specialization in Finance from a top business school is also beneficial.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Skills Set: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting, knowledge of relevant accounting framework and tax laws.
2. Manager Strategy:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Management. Preference given to candidates with CFA and/or MBA from top business schools.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Skills Set: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, experience in project management and strategic planning.
3. Manager Business Development:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration from a top business school. Strong network of contacts in the real estate industry preferred.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Skills Set: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and management abilities, experience in market research and financial analysis.
4. Finance Manager:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). ACCA with training in Big 4 firms preferred.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Skills Set: Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel, strong leadership and team management, in-depth knowledge of financial regulations and principles.
5. Assistant Finance Manager:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Professional qualifications preferred.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Skills Set: Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail.
6. Assistant Manager Business Development:
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
   • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
   • Skills Set: Strong understanding of business development concepts, proven track record of successful project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Descriptions:

• Senior Finance Manager: Responsible for managing financial operations, treasury, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Develops and refines the organization’s financial strategy and ensures compliance with relevant accounting framework and tax laws.
• Manager Strategy: Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational goals. Conducts market research, analyzes financial data, and identifies growth opportunities. Tracks key performance metrics and makes data-driven recommendations.
• Manager Business Development: Identifies and pursues new business opportunities aligned with the organization’s growth strategy. Develops sales and marketing plans, maintains client relationships, and conducts market research.
• Finance Manager: Oversees financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Provides guidance to the financial team and ensures compliance with financial regulations.
• Assistant Finance Manager: Assists the Finance Manager in daily financial operations, budgeting, and financial analysis. Supports the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Assistant Manager Business Development: Assists in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and developing sales and marketing plans. Conducts market research and analyzes trends in the real estate sector.
