Additional Director Horticulture

Age: Up to 50 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s or MS
Experience: 10-15 years in horticulture/agricultural management

This role involves overseeing horticultural activities, ensuring sustainable practices, and enhancing the aesthetic and environmental quality of DHA Bahawalpur.

Additional Director Electric

Age: Up to 50 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s or MS
Experience: 10-15 years in electrical engineering
Skills: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, proficiency in electrical design software, project management tools, and engineering standards

The Additional Director Electric will manage all electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with standards and the efficient execution of electrical systems.

Assistant Director Electric

Age: Up to 45 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s or MS/M. Phil in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Higher qualifications will be preferred)
Experience: 6-8 years in electrical engineering
Skills: Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and renewable energy technologies

The Assistant Director Electric will assist in planning and implementing electrical systems and ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

Assistant Director Planning

Age: Up to 45 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s or MS/M. Phil in Project Management, Town Planning, or a related field (Higher qualifications will be preferred)
Experience: 6-8 years in project management or planning roles

This position involves overseeing planning projects, managing schedules, and ensuring that all planning activities align with DHA Bahawalpur’s strategic objectives.

Principal Architect

Age: Up to 50 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Experience: 10-15 years in architectural design and project management, preferably in the construction industry

The Principal Architect will lead architectural projects, focusing on innovative and sustainable designs that enhance the quality and functionality of DHA Bahawalpur’s developments.

Structure Engineer

Age: Up to 50 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s in Structural Engineering
Experience: 10-15 years in structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry

The Structure Engineer will oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring that all structures are safe, sustainable, and meet regulatory standards.

Interior Designer

Age: Up to 45 years
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
Experience: 6-8 years in interior design, preferably within the construction industry

The Interior Designer will create innovative and functional interior designs that enhance the living and working environments within DHA Bahawalpur.

Corporate Lawyer

Age: Up to 55 years
Educational Qualification: LLB/LL.M. in Corporate Law or a related field (Higher qualifications will be preferred)
Experience: 10-15 years in corporate law, preferably within a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department
Skills: Extensive knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, compliance requirements, ability to manage multiple cases, licensed to practice law

The Corporate Lawyer will provide legal advice on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and managing legal risks.

Legal Firm Requirements

Experience: 8-10 years in legal roles, with a focus on drafting legal documents and vetting
Skills: Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminologies, must be on the panel of multiple industry clients
