Detailed Job Description
The selected Enumerators / Data Collectors will be responsible for supporting the Education Focused Assessment through systematic data collection, field coordination, and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct household-level and school-level surveys using digital or paper-based questionnaires.
- Visit assigned communities, schools, and institutions within designated districts.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of collected data.
- Follow ethical research practices and maintain confidentiality.
- Report daily progress to field supervisors or project managers.
- Facilitate focus group discussions or interviews when required.
- Ensure timely submission of collected data via prescribed formats.
- Communicate field challenges and collaborate for effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Requirements
- Minimum: Intermediate (12 years of education)
- Preference will be given to candidates with bachelor’s degrees in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies
- Prior experience in data collection, field surveys, or social sector assessments (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in diverse communities and multicultural environments.
- Basic knowledge of digital data collection tools (e.g., ODK, KoboCollect).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
