(i) Graduate from an HEC recognized University. (ii) Certificate in English Shorthand and Typing from SBTE/STEVTA or a recognized institute by SBTE. (iii) Speed of 120 wpm (Shorthand) and 30 wpm (Typing) in English, respectively. (iv) Certificate in MS Office from a recognized institute.

1. Mandatory Testing Requirement
Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with at least 40% Marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and must possess the certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment.

5. Government Servants
Those already in Government Service should get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent Department prior to the submission of the application and must bring the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview for submission before the Departmental Selection Committee.
6. Interview & TA/DA
The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with all original documents for the interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.
No TA & DA will be admissible for the interview.
