The CCO role involves full leadership of the commercial function and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from the Head Office in Karachi.

Strategy & Product: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a strategic product roadmap, maintain existing revenue streams, and identify new ones.
Sales Force: Rebuild, upskill, and re-ignite the sales force, fostering ownership and drive.

Performance: Manage and maintain effective performance across all business units by setting clear KPIs.
