The Charter for Compassion Society of Pakistan, in collaboration with the School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, is inviting applications for various teaching and non-teaching positions under the PPP modality of the EMO Project. These opportunities are available for qualified candidates in Kambar Shahdadkot and Dadu Districts. Teaching Positions

1. Primary Section Head

• Subjects: English, Social Studies, General Science
• Requirements:
  • Graduation (16 years) or Master’s in relevant subjects
  • Minimum 4 years of teaching experience
  • Preference given to B.Ed or M.Ed
• Schools: GBLSS Meeran Machi (Khabar, Kambar Shahdadkot), GBPS Sabu Buriro (Ghaibi Dero, Kambar Shahdadkot)

2. Secondary Section Head

• Subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, ICT
• Requirements:
  • Graduation (16 years) or Master’s in relevant subjects
  • Minimum 4 years of teaching experience
  • Preference given to B.Ed or M.Ed
• Schools: GGPS Khero Gadhi (Khabar, Kambar Shahdadkot), GES Noor Muhammad Supro (Dost Ali, Kambar Shahdadkot)

3. ECE Teacher

• Subject: ECE
• Requirements:
  • Graduation (14 years) and ECE Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
• Schools: GGHS Phakka (Yaar Muhammad Kalhoro, Dadu)

4. Subject Specialist

• Subjects: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, English
• Requirements:
  • Graduation (16 years) in relevant subjects
  • Minimum 4 years of teaching experience
  • Preference given to B.Ed or M.Ed

5. Secondary Teacher

• Subjects: Social Studies / Pakistan Studies, ICT
• Requirements:
  • Graduation (14 years)
  • Minimum 4 years of teaching experience
  • Preference given to B.Ed or M.Ed

6. Primary Teacher

• Subject: Various
• Requirements:
  • Graduation (14 years)
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
  • Preference given to B.Ed or M.Ed

Non-Teaching Positions

1. School Coordinator (5 Positions)

• Requirements:
  • Graduation (16 years)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Management or Accounts
  • Preference for candidates with school management or MEAL experience
• Schools: GBLSS Meeran Machi (Khabar, Kambar Shahdadkot), GBPS Sabu Buriro (Ghaibi Dero, Kambar Shahdadkot), GGPS Khero Gadhi (Khabar, Kambar Shahdadkot)

2. Admin Officers (4 Positions)

• Requirements:
  • Graduation (14 years)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Management or Accounts
  • Preference for candidates with school management experience
• Schools: GES Noor Muhammad Supro (Dost Ali, Kambar Shahdadkot), GGHS Phakka (Yaar Muhammad Kalhoro, Dadu)

3. Community Engagement Specialist (1 Position)

• Requirements:
  • Graduation (16 years)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Community Mobilization or MEAL
• School: GGHS Phakka (Yaar Muhammad Kalhoro, Dadu)

4. Lab In-charge (6 Positions)

• Requirements:
  • Graduation (14 years) or 1-year Diploma (Post Intermediate)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
• Schools: Various

5. Nurse (5 Positions)

• Requirements:
  • Graduation (14 years) or 1-year Diploma in Medicine / Midwifery / Health Worker
• Schools: Various
