Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for the position of Senior Researcher, candidates must have an M.Phil degree and/or PhD in one of the following disciplines from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university:
- Aerospace Power
- Artificial Intelligence
- Cyber Warfare
- National Security
- Economics
- International Relations
- Public Policy
- Peace and Conflict Studies
- Strategic Studies
- Nuclear Studies
Additionally, candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in research, academia, or think tanks. Strong analytical and academic writing skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential. Candidates with five research papers published in Web of Science and/or HEC recognized journals will be preferred.
