The project is time-bound and offers contract-based positions at the Project Management Unit (PMU) in Lahore and the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) at the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) in Lahore. Positions at Project Management Unit (PMU), Punjab Urban Land Record Systems Enhancement (PULSE)

1. Land Administration (Cadastre) Specialist

Number of Posts: 01
Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing land administration and cadastre-related activities.
  • Ensuring accurate land records and effective management of cadastral data.

2. Software Developer

Number of Posts: 01
Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining software solutions for land record systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities.

3. Office Assistant

Number of Posts: 01
Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the project management unit.
  • Handling office tasks and assisting with documentation and correspondence.

Positions at Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA)

4. ICT (System Application) Specialist

Number of Posts: 01
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing ICT systems and applications related to land records.
  • Ensuring system reliability and security.

5. Land Revenue Specialist

Public sector employees may also apply with the permission of their department head. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview, and no TA/DA will be provided.

Important Notes:

  • Applicants found using forged documents or deceitful means will lose their candidature.
  • The number of posts may be increased or decreased based on requirements.
  • The following quotas are observed for these posts:
    • 3% quota for disabled persons
    • 15% quota for women
    • 20% quota for children of serving/retired government servants in BS-1 to BS-5 from the representative department
