BISP seeks to hire consultants for the “F&A” and “E, M&E & RM Wing” under this project. The following positions are currently available:
1. Financial Management Specialist (FMS)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Qualification & Experience:
- ACA with at least 5 years of experience, or CMA/ACCA/CA finalist with a Master’s Degree in Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounts/Financial Management.
- Expertise in financial management, including budget processes, capacity building, and implementation of development projects.
- Strong understanding of international financial guidelines, particularly those related to ADB, and experience with government structures.
2. Research Methodology and Monitoring & Evaluation Expert
- Number of Positions: 1
- Qualification & Experience:
- PhD (or equivalent advanced degree) in relevant fields.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in research design, monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in leading research studies, data analysis, and using software like Stata, SPSS, MATLAB, etc.
- Extensive publication record in national/international journals is required.
3. Data Analytics Expert-II
- Number of Positions: 1
- Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or Data Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/BI professional.
- Proven expertise in using data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Strong skills in data modeling, statistical analysis, and knowledge of ER Studio.
