The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Government of Pakistan, has announced that it is seeking Individual Consultancy Services for the position of Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE). Position: Financial Information Systems Engineer (FISE)

Required Qualification & Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this consultancy role:
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s (16 years) or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Financial Information Systems, or a related field.
Certifications: Certifications in one or more of the following will be preferred:
a) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
b) Professional certifications in IPSAS or IAS.
c) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer/Data Engineer or .NET Developer.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing financial information systems, ERP systems, or public sector accounting software.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation (at least 3 full cycles of successful implementation within timelines) is required.
Experience with modules such as Budgeting and expenditure management, Bookkeeping and financial reporting, Procurement and inventory management, Fixed asset management, and HR/payroll systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, database management (SQL Server/Oracle), and system integration (APIs, middleware).
