How to Register: A Step-by-Step Guide

The registration process involves eight simple steps that must be completed at a designated BISP office.

Step 1: Visit the BISP Office
Go to the Dynamic Registration Desk at your nearest BISP Tehsil (Sub-district) office.

Step 2: Provide Your Documents
At the desk, present your original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and the NADRA-issued B-Forms (Child Registration Certificates) for your children.

Step 3: Receive Your Survey Token
The staff will verify your initial details and issue you a token number for the survey.

Step 4: Proceed to the Registration Room
When your token number is called, go to the designated registration room to begin the survey process.

Step 5: Complete the Socio-Economic Survey
A Data Entry Operator will ask you a series of questions about your household and socio-economic status. Answer these questions accurately.

Step 6: Confirm Your Information and Provide a Thumb Impression
After the survey form is completed, you will be asked to give your thumb impression on a declaration form to confirm that the information you provided is correct.

Step 7: Receive Survey Confirmation Message
Shortly after completing the survey, you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171 on your registered mobile number.

Step 8: Await the Eligibility Message
Your information will then undergo a verification process. Once the verification is complete, eligible households will receive a final message from 8171 confirming their eligibility for the programme.

Who Should Visit: Households that have received an SMS from BISP with a specific survey date should visit the registration center. Additionally, any household that has not yet been included in the survey is also eligible to visit for registration.
