VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development (BDSUTSD), Khairpur Mir invites applications from eligible candidates having domicile of the Sindh Province for the following Non-Teaching positions:

1. Chief Accountant/Bursar
   • BPS: 18 (on contract)
   • Minimum Qualification: Preferably First Class M.Com/MBA (Finance)/CA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent qualifications from a HEC recognized University and 05 years Accounts/Finance experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 in a University, Board, College, Government Department, and/or any recognized Commercial Institution. Good knowledge of government audit rules. Computer proficiency required.
   • Maximum Age Limit on Closing Date: 45 years
2. Accountant (Contract)
   • Salary: Rs. 40,000/- per month (Equivalent to BPS-14)
   • For HEC funded project
   • Minimum Qualification: Preferably First Class BBA/BS Com./B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance/Accounting)/ICMA/ACCA BS (Finance/Accounting) from HEC recognized University/Institute. At least 04 years post qualification experience of Finance/Accounting In Govt. Department Corporate Sector reputed private organization. Good knowledge of government audit rules. Computer proficiency required.
   • Maximum Age Limit on Closing Date: 35 years

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Applicants may apply on prescribed proforma available on the University website along with application processing fees of Rs.3000/- through Bank Draft Pay Order in favor of The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs.
2. Attach updated CV, attested photocopies of Degrees, Diplomas, Transcripts, CNIC, Domicile & PRC, and Experience Certificates with the application form and send to Registrar on the given address through courier/registered post.
3. University reserves the right to reject any/all applications and cancel advertised posts without assigning any reason.
4. Eligible candidates may be required to undergo a shortlisting process of written/screening test.
5. Experience means experience gained after the required qualification. Part-time, honorary, and intern work will not be counted as experience. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Organizations must apply through proper channels accompanied by NOC from the employer.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
7. Quota reserved for differently-abled, women & religious minority persons will be observed as per government policy.
8. Applicants lacking the prescribed qualification & experience on the closing date, incomplete applications, received after the due date, and without processing fees will not be entertained.
9. Age relaxation is admissible as per the Government of Sindh policy.
