Job Title: Customer Support Officer


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree


  • Customer Services Division

Job Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year banking experience


  • Karachi, Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Larkana, Gawadar, Quetta, Multan, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Mardan

Age Bracket:

  • Maximum 32 years

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Attend and greet customers.
  2. Ensure that “Branch Health Checklist (as per SQ Checklist) is completed by physically checking all areas.
  3. Report any service issues encountered to the SQ as well as to the respective Branch Manager.
  4. Guide customers to relevant desk for desired service.
  5. Ensure all relevant instruments i.e., deposit slips/brochures and other marketing material is available.
  6. Provide complete information of products/services to customers.
  7. Resolve customer’s queries and complaints of routine nature.
  8. Register customer complaints in Complaint Management System (CCMS) and maintain an MIS.
  9. Monitor Service Standards & Branch Ambience and send report on a weekly basis.
  10. Educate / introduce customers on the use of Net-Banking (AL Habib Mobile Application), Call Center, and other digital channels.
  11. Check Complaint box along with BM/OM and ensure they are registered in the system.
