Criteria for Appointment
Candidates must meet one of the following sets of qualifications and experience:
- Qualification & Experience Option A
- Educational Qualification: PhD in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Auditing from a recognized university.
- Experience: 8 years post-qualification experience in BS-17 or above or equivalent in related fields.
- Qualification & Experience Option B
- Educational Qualification: MS/M.Phil. in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.
- Experience: 18 years post-qualification experience in BS-17 or above or equivalent, with recognized professional qualifications.
- Qualification & Experience Option C
- Educational Qualification: Membership of a recognized body like ICMA, ACCA, or CA, with an MBA or MS in Commerce/Accounting.
- Experience: 17 years post-qualification experience in BS-17 or equivalent, with relevant skills in finance and administration.
