The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage in Sukkur, Sindh, has announced a significant career opportunity for a senior administrative professional. The university is inviting applications from eligible and highly qualified candidates for the non-teaching position of Registrar (BPS-20).

A Leadership Role: Detailed Qualification and Experience Requirements

The university has outlined a comprehensive set of criteria, offering three distinct pathways for candidates to qualify for this prestigious post.

  • Name of the Post: Registrar (BPS-20)

  • Tenure: Three (03) Years

  • Maximum Age: 55 Years

Qualification & Experience Options:

  • Option 1 (PhD): A PhD degree from an HEC-recognized university with 13 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 and above (or equivalent) in a Government or Government Autonomous Organization/University.

  • OR

  • Option 2 (MS/MPhil): An MS/MPhil (18 years of education) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university with 15 years of teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 and above (or equivalent) in a Government or Government Autonomous Organization/University.

  • OR

  • Option 3 (Master’s/Bachelor’s/MBA): A MA/M.Sc./Bachelors/MBA (16 years of education), preferably in the first class, or equivalent qualifications from an HEC-recognized University with 17 years of post-qualification teaching and/or administrative experience in BPS-17 and above (or equivalent) in a Government or Government Autonomous Organization/University.

  3. Prepare Complete Application Package: Your formal application should include:

    • A non-teaching application form (downloaded from https://aror.edu.pk/careers/).

    • A detailed resume.

    • Two latest photographs.

    • Duly attested photocopies of all certificates and degrees.

    • Names and contact details of two professional referees (who are not relatives).

    • Equivalence of qualification by HEC (in case of a foreign degree).

    • Payment of PKR 3000/- through Bank Challan/DD (nonrefundable) in favor of the Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage.

  4. Submission Deadline: The application must reach the office of the Director of Human Resources on or before October 04, 2025, by 05:00 PM during office hours (CoB).

Important Instructions for All Applicants

  • Mandatory Degree Completion: The completion of the final/required degree is mandatory to apply.

  • Government Employees: Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel with an NOC from their employer.   • Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates who meet the criteria will be contacted for an interview via their mailing address.
