Important Points
- Eligibility: The eligibility of candidates will be determined based on HEC criteria. The shortlisting process will follow the AIOU services statutes.
- Maximum Age Limit: Age limits will follow prescribed rules, with the potential for relaxation as per government regulations.
- Application Process: All applications must be submitted online through the AIOU Job Portal: careers.aiou.edu.pk.
- Submission Requirements for Professors and Associate Professors: Candidates must submit online applications and send hard copies of academic records, research articles, and other relevant documents (04 sets) to AIOU.
- Applicants on Regular/Contractual Basis: Individuals already employed in government or semi-government sectors must apply through the proper channel and submit a NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- Application Deadlines: The last date for submission of applications is October 30, 2024.
- Processing Fees:
- BPS-18: Rs. 1500/-
- BPS-19: Rs. 2000/-
- BPS-20 & BPS-21: Rs. 5000/-
No TA/DA will be provided for the recruitment process. Candidates who applied for similar positions in June 2022 are not required to reapply.
