1. Education & Background
A Master’s degree or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from an HEC-recognized local university or a highly accredited international institution.

2. Professional Experience
A minimum of 10 years of formal experience in educational assessment, large-scale educational testing, learning measurement, or monitoring and evaluation programs.
Extensive hands-on experience designing or implementing early-grade learning metrics, specifically Early Grade Reading Assessments (EGRA) or equivalent diagnostic tools.

Advanced proficiency in data-tracking, management, and analysis using software like SPSS, STATA, Microsoft Excel, or specialized reporting frameworks.
