A Master's Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, or Public/Business Administration is preferred. Registration with PEC or equivalent professional bodies is desirable.

  • Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 20+ years of progressively responsible professional experience.

    • At least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure, public-sector, educational, or turnkey projects.

    • Sound knowledge of public procurement procedures, contract management, financial controls, and risk management.

3. Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

  • Minimum Age: 35 Years

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience Requirements:

    • At least 15 years of progressive professional experience.

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (including internships, research assignments, or consulting projects).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities (experience in policy analysis, data collection, and report writing).

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI, along with familiarity with data visualization, business intelligence, or statistical software.
