🎓 Eligibility Criteria
To successfully qualify for the shortlisting process, candidates must meet the following baseline academic and administrative benchmarks:
1. Educational Qualifications
Degree: 16 years of education or a Master’s degree in the relevant subject area from an HEC-recognized university or institute.
Grades: Preferably a 1st Division or an equivalent CGPA/GPA.
Strict Policy: Candidates with a 3rd Division anywhere in their entire academic career are not eligible to apply.
2. Domicile & Age Limits
Domicile: Only individuals possessing a valid Sindh Province Domicile are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years up to the closing date of the application. Age relaxation will be considered as per standard Government of Sindh policy.

The registration process requires both physical documentation and processing fees. Follow these steps to apply:
Get the Application Form: Download the prescribed application form directly from the university's official website at www.gcuh.edu.pk/career or obtain it in person from the HR Office of Government College University Hyderabad.
Processing Fee: Prepare a non-refundable Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 3,000/- made out in favor of the Director Finance, Government College University Hyderabad.
Submission Package: Compile the filled application form along with attested photocopies of all educational, professional, and experience certificates, alongside your processing fee draft.
Mailing Instructions: Seal everything in an envelope, clearly write the specific position and department category on top of the envelope, and mail it to the HR Department.
Deadline: Applications must reach the Director HR office within 15 days of the publication of the advertisement.

Government Servants: Must apply through the proper channel using a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
Pension Scheme: Appointments will fall under the Defined Contributory Pension Scheme as notified by the Government of Sindh.
