Critical Eligibility Criteria

1. Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum Requirement: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

  • Preferred: Candidates holding a Master's degree in business and/or professional banking certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP will be given preference.

2. Age Limit

Core Duties and Responsibilities

As an SME Relationship Manager (OG-II), you will serve as a vital link between the bank and growing businesses. Your core performance indicators (KPIs) will revolve around:

  • Portfolio Growth: Identifying and acquiring new SME clients to scale NBP's SME lending portfolio.

  • Financial Structuring: Analyzing financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness and recommending tailor-made financing solutions (Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Term Loans).

  • Risk Management: Monitoring accounts for early warning signs, conducting periodic client visits, and ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations and internal risk parameters.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and credit facility approvals within specified timelines.

Required Technical Knowledge & Competencies
