1. Education & Qualifications
Minimum Requirement: Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
As an SME Relationship Manager (OG-II), you will serve as a vital link between the bank and growing businesses. Your core performance indicators (KPIs) will revolve around:
Portfolio Growth: Identifying and acquiring new SME clients to scale NBP's SME lending portfolio.
Financial Structuring: Analyzing financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness and recommending tailor-made financing solutions (Working Capital, Trade Finance, and Term Loans).
Risk Management: Monitoring accounts for early warning signs, conducting periodic client visits, and ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations and internal risk parameters.

Required Technical Knowledge & Competencies
